Background:

Dianne Nilsen is the Chief Operating Officer for Questar.  In this role, Dianne is responsible for defining the overall company strategy, growing the business profitably, and managing the executive team. 

 

When consulting with clients, Dianne is able to draw upon her own experience managing a P&L, leading change, developing and launching new products, outsourcing, working cross-culturally, and driving execution and alignment, as well as her academic and professional training.  She has published research on the topics of career development and cross-cultural leadership

Background:

Jim Camery has over 25 years of experience in the research industry, having been with both public organizations and private suppliers. He has designed and conducted quantitative and qualitative studies throughout the world in industries as diverse as technology, basic transportation, hospitality, business services, and membership organizations.


In his 15 years with Questar, he has had a special emphasis on experiment and analysis design. Much of his primary research at Questar has involved quantifying the relationships between employee and customer satisfaction and organizational performance. Jim has spoken and given workshops at a number of industry conferences.

Background:

Chris joined Questar in 2000 and has over 16 years of experience providing market research services to some of the largest hospitals, healthcare insurance providers, restaurants and retail organizations in their respective industries. He specializes in large scale longitudinal customer and patient satisfaction tracking programs, objective based reporting/analytics and presenting complex research data to a wide variety of user groups. He partners with his clients to seamlessly integrate his experience and knowledge with the unique goals and objectives of each organization he works with. 

 

As a Sr. Research Consultant in Questar’s Customer Experience Management Division, Chris orchestrates the activities of thought leadership, application development, data analysis and interpretation. He also acts as the primary lead of his project team in the development of survey instruments, methodological approaches, sampling plans and reporting objectives. His experience with large heavily franchised organizations has given him the experience to cater to diverse end user groups with multiple competing program objectives.
