Chris LarsonBackground: Chris joined Questar in 2000 and has over 16 years of experience providing market research services to some of the largest hospitals, healthcare insurance providers, restaurants and retail organizations in their respective industries. He specializes in large scale longitudinal customer and patient satisfaction tracking programs, objective based reporting/analytics and presenting complex research data to a wide variety of user groups. He partners with his clients to seamlessly integrate his experience and knowledge with the unique goals and objectives of each organization he works with.
As a Sr. Research Consultant in Questar’s Customer Experience Management Division, Chris orchestrates the activities of thought leadership, application development, data analysis and interpretation. He also acts as the primary lead of his project team in the development of survey instruments, methodological approaches, sampling plans and reporting objectives. His experience with large heavily franchised organizations has given him the experience to cater to diverse end user groups with multiple competing program objectives.
