Questar Releases New Website and Blog
—Questar, a leading survey research firm specializing in customer loyalty, brand identity, employee engagement, 360 assessment programs and large-scale data collection projects, is pleased to announce the launch of its new website.
The new website features a unified view of Questar’s capabilities, drawing on the breadth of the company’s diverse service offerings.
“Our marketplace has become increasingly complex,” stated Ted Naegeli, Questar President and CEO. “One of the main objectives of the website redesign was to make it easier for our clients and prospects to preview Questar’s full capabilities as a company.”
In addition, the website introduces Questar’s new blog. The Questar blog will be a casual setting used to engage readers on hot topics in customer experience management, employee engagement, and leadership.
Steve Mars, Vice President of Questar’s Organizational Insights Group, added, “We are hoping the new website and blog will help us engage in discussions and give us an outlet to connect to our customers in a more informal setting.”
Along with the new website and blog, Questar also announced a new tagline: Listen. Act. Succeed.
