Questar Expands Customer Surveys to the Middle East

Questar, a leading provider of survey research solutions and business insight, today announced the launch of its customer experience measurement program in Turkey in partnership with Focus Brands International. Focus Brands International is the parent company of Carvel® Ice Cream, Cinnabon® Inc., Schlotzsky’s®, Moe’s® Southwest Grill, and franchisor of Seattle’s Best Coffee®. The initial launch includes five Schlotzsky’s locations throughout Turkey. Questar and Focus Brands International plan to expand the program to other locations in the Middle East and South America later this year.
