Questar Again Selected as Survey Vendor by the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Minneapolis, MN (June 2008) - Questar Organizational Insights Group , a division of Questar Data Systems in Minnesota, is very pleased to announce that it has been selected as the survey vendor for the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) for 2008-2009. This selection is particularly gratifying because it is the second time Questar has been selected as SIOP's survey vendor; they previously worked with the organization from 2006-2007. SIOP has an international membership of approximately 3,000 Industrial/Organizational psychologists who practice in the academic, research, business and non-profit areas. SIOP represents professionals at the cutting edge of research and practice in the areas of employee attitudes, employee engagement, retention/turnover, and leadership development. The goal of the organization is to enhance human well-being and performance in organizational and work settings. As SIOP's survey partner, Questar will administer and report on SIOP's four standard annual and bi-annual surveys, and also handle other non-scheduled surveys that might arise. SIOP surveys are typically online surveys with complex demographic and analysis requirements. The period of the contract is for two years.
