Questar was proud to participate in the 25th annual conference of the Society for Industrial and Organization Psychology (SIOP) conference in Atlanta, Georgia, April 8th-10th. Anna Erickson, our Director of Consulting Services, served as the chair of the SIOP Awards committee. In addition, Questar sent several employees to participate in events and staff our booth in the exposition hall. Questar has been a strong supporter of SIOP since its inception 25 years ago. We were a sponsor of the very first conference and have continued to support SIOP ever since. As part of our support, we serve as the official survey vendor for SIOP. SIOP (www.siop.org) has an international membership of approximately 3,000 Industrial/Organizational psychologists who practice in academic, research, business and non-profit areas. SIOP represents professionals on the cutting edge of research and practice in the areas of employee attitudes, employee engagement, retention/turnover, and leadership development. The goal of the organization is to enhance human well-being and performance in organizational and work settings. |
