Questar Announces the Promotion of Steven Mars to Vice President, Organizational Insights Group Minneapolis, MN (April 2008) - Questar Data Systems is pleased to announce the promotion of Steven Mars to the position of Vice President, Organizational Insights Group (OIG). OIG is one of three Questar divisions, specializing in employee and leadership research. Prior to his promotion, Steve held the position of Director of Client Services, OIG. Steve came to Questar in 2007 through the acquisition of Compendium Corporation, where he served as Professional Services Manager for five years. As Vice President of OIG, Steve will be responsible for the division's strategic direction, profitability and future growth. He will also provide senior management oversight to the consulting, software development, business development and client services functions. "Steve's strong background in organizational survey operations and client services, and his ability to work with people to get things done, made him a natural choice for this position," said Ted Naegeli, President of Questar. Steve's 12+ years of project, account and operations management have made him passionate about helping clients make positive changes within their organizations, as well as helping employees feel more engaged in their jobs/careers.
