Account Executive- Customer Experience Management

Job Description
Questar is a national leader in the development and administration of customer experience measurement programs for multi-unit companies in the restaurant, retail, and hospitality industries. We are seeking a talented sales professional with a successful track record for our Account Executive position.

The Account Executive is responsible for prospecting, scheduling meetings with high-level decision makers, presenting our services, writing proposals and closing business. If you have a superior track record in these areas, we invite you to investigate Questar.

General Responsibilities

• Research and then contact prospective clients via phone and email to determine interest and needs.
• Make sales calls to uncover client opportunities and expectations.
• Write and/or submit timely sales communications, following the established sales process.
• Present to executive decision makers.
• Close sales while setting appropriate expectations for client project success.
• Transition new accounts to the team responsible for retention and growth.
• Contribute to sales meetings and sales training as directed.
• Participate in industry events and customer entertainment activities.
• Build relationships with contacts and lead sources for future opportunity development.

Job Requirements

• A college graduate with minimum 4 year bachelor level degree.
• Minimum of 4 years successfully selling systems-type products and professional services.
• Skilled at getting qualified meetings with senior executives.
• Experienced at successfully closing six and seven figure sales.
• A self starter with the ability to meet deadlines and prospecting standards, and manage own sales activities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.

Other Qualifications

• Experience selling survey research solutions.
• Specific experience working in or selling to the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries at upper level management is a plus.
