Questar To Present At 2011 Fast Casual Executive Summit
Questar, a leading research organization dedicated to helping restaurants and retailers drive sales through improved customer loyalty, announced today that it will be presenting at the 2011 Fast Casual Executive Summit in Chicago, IL. Joe Stanton, Vice President at Questar, will both present and moderate a panel discussion on the topic “De-coding Multichannel Messages - Practical Uses for your Guest Feedback”. The session will address the importance of linking guest feedback scores to financial success and integrating feedback systems to provide better insight on the entire customer experience.
