Innovation has been a key driver for the growth of Questar over the past 25 years. In the 1980s, Questar utilized newly emerging technology to deliver results in days that had previously taken cumbersome mainframe platforms months to complete. A decade later, Questar delivered one of the first integrated IVR platforms which allowed organizations to provide an entirely new channel to collect information from widely distributed audiences. Today, the Internet dominates as a tool for both data collection and results distribution. Questar now integrates information from dozens of sources so that business owners can gain actionable insight.
